Vehicle Fleet Monitoring

For one of our major OEM customers launching new vehicle platforms in different countries, we provide fleet monitoring service.

We use data collected from hundreds of vehicles performing mileage accumulation and equipped with a data recorder to generate key vehicle performance figures. Control and diagnostic systems behavior are predicted, driving specific improvement activities within the customer Technical Centers of Expertise.

We proved that monitoring of the fleet status in launching programs enables early identification of arising issues, proper prioritization of problems and the right allocation of resources for fast and effective resolution, contributing to reduction by 5% of warranty costs.
