Diagnostic Issue resolution

Even the best systems may have flaws. When you find one the reaction approach is what really matters.

When our customer found that an error in the diagnostic SW was leading to a significant not compliance, Dumarey Softronix was able to provide a quick and effective support for the issue resolution. In particular:

• a Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) was applied to ensure that all root causes were properly identified and solved
• a robust solution was developed applying Design for Six Sigma approach
• the discussion with the certification agency was supported

The solution was deployed over all products affected, prioritizing the deployment in order to avoid delays in the SOP of the lead applications.
